These platforms connect users with businesses, professionals, and service providers. We do not guarantee outcomes, transactions, or results.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Have legal capacity

You are responsible for your account activity.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use services lawfully
• Provide truthful information
• Protect your credentials
• Respect other users
• Comply with regulations

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Commit fraud
• Abuse users
• Misrepresent information
• Scrape data
• Bypass systems
• Reverse engineer software

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some services require paid subscriptions.

• Processed via Apple / Google / RevenueCat
• Auto-renew unless cancelled
• Managed in store settings
• Refunds subject to store policies

NeoPulse does not control payment processors.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant NeoPulse a license to:

• Promote (where applicable)

We may remove violating content.

8. Third-Party Providers

We integrate external services. We are not responsible for their operations or policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Legal risks
• Non-payment

No refunds for terminated accounts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: NeoPulse is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

• Your transactions

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by Sri Lankan law. Jurisdiction: Sri Lanka courts.
